HELP !

Step #1

The company that handles the online photos recently made some changes that is causing many to have trouble logging in viewing or placing orders. Please see the instrucitons below under Possible Fix.

Step # 2

If you have tried changing your browser settings as instructed below and are still having a problem placing an order call PhotoReflect's Free Tech Support while at your computer at 888-271-3445.  When prompted choose option 1 ( not 2 ) then at the next prompt choose option 1 again.  You will then be connected to Tech Support.  Let them know you are a customer of Poor Man's Photography / David Rowland and that you are having a problem placing an order.

Step # 3

If you still cannot place an order or would rather skip Step # 2 please e-mail me the following information :

  • Photo Gallery Name
  • Photo Number(s)
  • Print(s) or item(s) you would like to purchase
  • How many of each
*Note: There is a $15.00 dollar minimum order.

I'll then reply to your e-mail with the total including shipping and sales tax.

Then just mail a check or money order to:

Poor Man's Photography
1008 McClain Avenue
Greenfield, Ohio  45123

When I receive your payment I'll place your order and have your photos shipped directly to you.

Due to this inconvenience or if you just don't want to use a credit card on-line.  On any new order for on-line photos placed directly with us starting July 19th, We will take 10% off your order (before shipping and taxes) .

Any questions let us know.

Personal Experience

We had a problem with Internet Explorer and receiving a message "unable to display page" when we clicked on certain websites.  After searching the internet for a fix and no having any luck we what we found, I recently downloaded Firefox as a second internet browsing program and gave it a try ( I did not remove internet explorer).  So far this has taken care of our problem we were having with the error message "unable to display page".  I am not Endorsing, Recommending or can supply Tech Support  for Firefox but just sharing what worked for us which may not work for you since every issue can be unique.  As with any program you download from the internet onto your PC there is always risk involved so please research it first and make your own decisons.  Remember before making any changes to your PC always have a good backup in case something happens because sooner or later you are going to need it.  Or at least I do.  Good Luck!
